Tara & Joe: Chalk Barn Farm, Pewsey December 2025

We had the enormous privilege of providing the music for Tara and Joe’s absolutely amazing wedding at Chalk Barn Farm in Pewsey. Tara entered to a scaled back acoustic version of Beneath Your Beautiful in the most stunning dress, accompanied by her gorgeous bridesmaids in Christmassy burgundy velvet and their lovely doggies 🐾 We then provided the music for the Drinks Reception with some upbeat tunes.
It was our first visit to this wonderful venue and it will stay with us for a very long time! The whole farm, all 5000 acres has been organic since the 1920’s! It is totally off grid and sustainable, all the water is from their own well, every single bite of food comes from the farm. This place well and truly deserves a Michelin star, the steak was utterly out of this world. If you are a foodie bride and food quality is important to you, this place is right up your street and you need to check it out!! Lincoln is the host and very kindly treated us to some outstanding beef wellington which we have not stopped talking about! We are now trying to persuade him to open a restaurant so we can go back any time we want! Thank you so much Tara and Joe for inviting us to be part of your special day, we had the best time!

Chalk Farm Barn, Pewsey

Chalk Barn is a beautifully contemporary and sustainable wedding venue set on the organic farmland of the Rushall Organics Estate near Pewsey in Wiltshire.

Ann-Marie and Jay: Orchardleigh Estate, Somerset December 2025

Another stunning Christmas Wedding at Orchardleigh Estate for Ann Marie and Jay. Our Bridgerton vibes were out in full force in this amazing venue! Aurora (Sam’s violin) matched perfectly with the purple and gold colour scheme which added to the regal atmosphere of the day!

We met some wonderful suppliers – WezleyWebber MUA extraordinaire (who had some great tips for Andy’s eyebrows), the super talented Ash at firstlighphotography and the amazing whatsyourstoryfilm!

Lauren and James: Syrencot, Wiltshire October 2025

What a wedding! Lovely to provide some mid week musical magic for James and Lauren at the beautiful Syrencot in Wiltshire! We had great fun putting this together with some lovely requests, I Wanna Be Yours by Arctic Monkeys for the Aisle Song, Taylor Swift’s You’re In Love and Something Just Like This for the Register signing followed by She’s Electric by Oasis for the Exit. Lauren did all the flowers herself and it was so different and stylish and absolutely stunning! What a talent! Thank you James and Lauren for booking us to be part of your special day!

Syrencot, Wiltshire

Syrencot, nestled in the Wiltshire countryside, is a wedding venue that feels like it’s been lifted straight from a romantic novel.

Gardens and Glasshouses

Its walled garden bursts with wildflowers and soft light, creating an almost secret-garden atmosphere for outdoor ceremonies, while the glasshouse glows like a jewel after dusk. Lauren and Steve: Carlyon Bay Hotel, St Austell September 2025

More seaside sunshine at the wonderful wedding of Lauren and Steve at the beautiful Carlyon Bay Hotel in St Austell, Cornwall! Set on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, locations don’t come much more idyllic than this!

Lauren’s beautiful little bridesmaids walked down the aisle to Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing before Lauren entered, looking amazing to You are the Reason by Callum Scott. After the register song which was the theme from Bridgerton, it was time for the Exit song which was the Jurassic Park Theme tune. We then relocated to the bar terrace for a set of love songs as per Lauren’s brief followed by a classy Bridgerton set for the Wedding Breakfast! There were some lovely speeches, including one by Steve’s daughter who did an amazing job, reading some lovely words to her new step mum. We were then treated to some of the most delicious wedding cake we’ve ever tried! Thank you so much Lauren and Steve for inviting us to be part of your fantastic day! Congratulations and we wish you all the very best in your life together!

Carlyon Bay Hotel, St Austell

Evanne and Jamie: St. Audrie's Park, North Devon August 2025

A fabulous return to one of our favourite venues, St. Audrie’s in North Devon, for the wedding of Evanne and Jamie. What a wonderful day! Evanne looked absolutely stunning walking in to a beautiful rendition of Happily Ever After by Brent Morgan. Her fairytale dress looked gorgeous and we loved the outfit even more when we realised she had her crocs on underneath! The Orangery looked fantastic, decked out in pinks and greens, and after the ceremony we played them out to This Will Be by Natalie Cole. During the confetti shots we relocated into the gardens for the outdoor drinks reception. Luckily the sun shone after the recent unpredictable weather and we played lots of upbeat tunes which was right up Andy’s street, with everything from Moves like Jagger to Dua Lipa’s Levitating. We had so much fun at this beautiful wedding, and wish Evanne and Jamie every happiness for their future!

St Audrie's Park

One of our favourite wedding venues, St Audrie’s Park is a magical place with a huge variety of wonderful settings, indoor and out – the perfect backdrop for a perfect day.

Country house luxury

The Great Hall gives a magical ‘Harry Potter style’ welcome with double-height vaulted ceiling, enormous feature fireplace and a minstrels’ gallery. Guests can enjoy this space throughout your day and relax on the sofas.

The Library houses the ornate solid-oak, hand-carved dining table ‒ perfect for displaying photos of the couple or maybe games to keep younger guests amused. The gilded Drawing Room has its own baby grand piano, as well as a famous ornate ceiling known as the ‘Burst of Angels’. Couples often choose to display their wedding cake in the bay window, with the Orangery visible across the lawn behind.

There are two bars in the main house. The Cocktail Bar is used to keep guests refreshed throughout your day, whilst the Champagne Bar is adjacent to the disco for your evening party. The DJ is included but a playlist can be created to ensure your musical tastes are adhered to on the day.

Outside you cannot help but be blown away by the 100-acre deer park and the rolling hills around you. One of the best things about this venue is the serene and picturesque setting that never fails to amaze guests from the moment they arrive.

Zita and Neil: Coombe Lodge, Blagdon July 2025

Fabulous day playing at the beautiful wedding of Zita and Neil at the wonderful Coombe Lodge. What an elegant wedding this was, Zita looked perfect, pure class in the most stunning dress. We played outside on the terrace for the Drinks Reception, a perfect mix of Bridgerton pop covers and classical with everything from Coldplay’s Yellow to Bach’s Arioso to Lala Lands City of Stars.

Congratulations guys, we were so honoured to be part of your celebrations and hope your mini moon and honeymoons are amazing!

Coombe Lodge, Blagdon

Perched near the Mendip Hills with sweeping views across Blagdon Lake and the Somerset countryside, Coombe Lodge offers couples an elegant, exclusive-use country house setting for wedding celebrations.

Bridgerton for the day...

The interiors at Coombe Lodge include the light-filled Music Room (licensed for civil ceremonies, seating up to 160) and the more intimate Billiard Room (ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 80). For outdoor lovers, vows may be exchanged under a stone archway in the courtyard, backed by landscaped gardens and lovely views. After the ceremony, the reception flows into the Music Room for a stylish wedding breakfast, with the venue then accommodating up to 200 for evening celebrations. Twelve luxurious bedrooms within the house allow couples and some guests to stay on site, and the house is known for its refined architecture, period detail and modern touches—like crisp interiors, atmospheric lighting, and original panelling—giving it both character and comfort. Andrew and Josephine: St Werburgh's Church, Wembury July 2025

Fantastic with Fizz had the honour of being the daytime wedding musicians for the wonderful wedding of Andrew and Josephine in Plymouth! St Werburgh’s Church in Wembury was one of the most idyllic settings we’ve ever seen, ruggedly overlooking the sea! We loved Andrew and Josephine’s song choices, some unusual requests (which we had great fun putting togethe) from You’ll Never Walk Alone (in homage to Andrew’s team,of course!) to Secret Love Song by Little Mix. Their aisle song, It’s Alright by Lady Gaga set the scene perfectly for Josephine’s entrance. Rewrite the Stars, All of Me and Taylor Swift’s Love Story also got their chance to shine during the register signing and the Exit Song. We were very kindly invited to stay for a meal afterwards but had to rush off for a 50th Birthday Party in Chippenham! We very much enjoyed being part of this delightful wedding and wish Andrew and Josephine so much love for the future! X

Hannah and Henry: The Grand Hotel, Torquay June 2025

Our Bridgerton vibes were out in full force today at the elegant wedding of Hannah and Henry at the iconic Grand Hotel in Torquay. Overlooking the sea front we played a selection of string pop covers such as Wildest Dream, Yellow, I Will Always Love You, Halo and If I Ain’t Got You, which really brought the classy atmosphere and ambience alive. Hannah was a stunning bride, beautifully attired in the most detailed lace dress. We had the best time beside the seaside and wish Hannah and Henry all the very best for the future.

The Grand Hotel, Torquay

A wonderful step into the past, but with every advantage of a modern wedding venue. The Grand in Torbay is a stunning venue in a beautiful location.

Seaside grandeur...

The Grand Hotel in Torbay stands as an iconic seafront landmark, steeped in Victorian elegance and framed by the sparkling waters of the English Riviera. Scarlet and Conner: Treesmill Farm, Cornwall May 2025

Fantastic With Fizz had the honour of playing at Scarlet and Conner’s beautiful wedding at St Andrews Church followed by a colourful teepee reception at Treesmill Farm in Cornwall. Scarlet looked amazing in the most beautiful, glittery dress complemented by her gorgeous bridesmaids in hot pink! We played a Bridgerton set during the guest arrival before Scarlet’s bridal entrance to a scaled back, acoustic instrumental version of Taylor Swift’s Love Story which was beautiful!

Dee, one of the guests, wowed the crowd with Make You Feel My Love during the signing of the register and Andy accompanied her on the guitar after a quick rehearsal just before the wedding started! We followed that with Ordinary by Alex Warren, before playing the exit song, Signed, Sealed, Delivered. The guests then popped to the pub across the road whilst we relocated to Treesmill Farm to play for the cocktail reception. We enjoyed some lovely pina coladas and margaritas from the specialty mobile bar, before playing a set of songs chosen by the couple – including everything from Britney to country to Chappell Roan! We felt so lucky to be part of this vibrant wedding and send all our love to Scarlet and Conner who make the most perfect couple!

Scarlet and Conner say:

“If you’re thinking about hiring a violinist / acoustic guitar for your wedding 100% go with Fantastic With Fizz! They were incredible. Even better than we remembered being when we first met, us & our guests were blown away and we keep getting comments about them a week later! They played Taylor Swift in the church while the guests waited and for my walk down the aisle and I had goosebumps from the moment I heard them!

We were super unorganised and sending them random requests the week before the wedding and they pulled every one out of the bag perfectly with no trouble! They also accompanied my step mother singing on the day after only meeting that morning and barely any practise they are both so talented!

We went over with our timings and they continued to play for much longer than expected, and were just the nicest people ever!!! Thank you so much Fantastic With Fizz – I wish I could do it all again!” 💗💗

Alesha and Mikey: Pengelly, Cornwall May 2025

Fantastic with Fizz had the privilege of being the wedding musicians in sunny Cornwall today for Alesha and Mikey at The Barn, Pengelly!

What an amazing day it was! We started with a few requests from Alesha whilst the guests were being seated including Love Changes Everything which was a new one for us, and then played The Vow for the Bridal Party Entrance. Alesha’s bridesmaids looked really classy in the monochrome colour scheme and Alesha was an absolutely stunning bride!

During the confetti shots we decamped to the Drinks Reception where we played for the canapes and fizz. Alesha and Mikey are big Disney fans and got engaged at EuroDisney so we were happy to throw in lots of our Disney standards! It was an honour to be part of this beautiful wedding and we wish Alesha and Mikey every happiness for their future together.

“We had ‘Fantastic with Fizz’ (Sam & Andy) play at our wedding at The Barn at Pengelly, and they were absolutely outstanding. Their violin and guitar duo created the most beautiful atmosphere throughout the day, from the ceremony to the drinks reception. They even learned and performed a few songs we requested that weren’t on their usual set list, and they played them beautifully. It meant so much to us and made the music feel really personal.

The Barn, Pengelly

For a perfect rural Cornish wedding, look no further than the wonderful Barn at Pengelly – the hospitality and the views are stunning!

Family-run, rural luxury

Pengelly Farm has been in the family for hundreds of years, predominantly as a Dairy Farm until moving into holiday cottages in 2011. We still have a small beef herd and crop, so you will often see Paul & Sue on the farm in-between weddings. Wenna & Pippa are two of 4 girls, and with a combined background in hospitality and corporate management, pursued the idea of creating a wedding venue to utilise the expansive views of the farm and keep the farming business in the family for another generation.

Since opening, we’ve grown faster than we ever expected—hosting more and more glorious couples each year.. Our team has expanded, we’ve welcomed so many wonderful couples, and we continue to evolve, adding more accommodation and our brand-new Glam Room. We were thrilled to win Gold for New Business and Bronze for Wedding Venue at the Cornwall Tourism Awards, and in 2024, we earned a Highly Commended award along with finalist spots in the South West Wedding Awards and The Wedding Industry Awards. We can’t wait to see what’s next!

Jess and Josh: Stennack Farm April 2025

We had the honour of being the daytime wedding musicians for Jess and Josh in Cornwall yesterday at Stennack Farm. What an incredible day it was!

Josh was rocking his Scottish heritage and Jess looked stunning with the most beautiful veil. The ceremony was so touching with readings in Polish and English reflecting Jess’ Polish roots.

We played Video Games for the Aisle Song and a brilliant, unusual choice of Les Fleurs by Minnie Ripperton for the Exit Song which we arranged specially. Jess and Josh skipped their way back down the aisle as husband and wife and then we were on to the Drinks Reception where our upbeat pop covers proved extremely popular and everyone had a sing along and showcased their moves!

We just had the best day in sunny Cornwall and wish Jess and Josh every happiness for the future.

Jade and Daniel: St Audrie's Park March 2025

Fantastic with Fizz had the pleasure of being the Daytime Wedding Musicians for Jade and Daniel last weekend at St Audries Park.

What a day! We started with a beautiful violin and guitar arrangement of I Giorni by Einaudi which we arranged especially for Jade’s bridal entrance.

The Orangery was gorgeous with all the white blossom trees, only surpassed by Jade who truly looked absolutely stunning!

We continued to play for the drinks reception afterwards and wedding breakfast with some special requests including Zombie which worked really well!

We absolutely loved being part of this beautiful wedding and Jade and Daniel make the most lovely couple!
